I do believe this guy was an SRU at the time and his car got stolen. You cant just ban request someone because their car is being used for a bannable action, and that action being CDM.

Auqaclipss was a sru at this time. Make sure you actually check the person that was in the car. His car was stolen before this incident.

Yea i was not driving i dont wear a suit and i was SRU at the time sorry if my car caussed disstress

Admins can check the logs of who the driver was so yes I can ban request someone for it. How should I know that he has his BMW out? And why does he even have it on the streets as SRU?
Also, the guy in the car wears a suit. SRUs cant use suits anymore?
