Summary: I was entering the city as a rebel who were currently banned from the city however, I was wearing the suit but the officer still arrested me for being 'a rebel in the city'. I explained what he was doing wrong but he still proceeded to arrest me.

I did explain what it was shortly after that as you can see in the chat. I posted the rule. I don't mind removing this if you could teach your friend the rules a bit better than he currently knows them. I didn't realise he was new. :)
