How about having a radio available for not only vehicles, but one you could place in your home as well? Maybe make it have a volume control GUI or something?
This would be neat, and could be great for RP. I would totally file noise complaints to the police saying that my neighbor is blasting music.

I stated multiple times in this thread that there will eventually be a new buyable market item called "Radio" for people to place in their homes.

I've started making a ingame Radio room for RP for this upon equals request, this is what it looks like so far (hit 30 props
