Reason: I put a chair on top of a fountain on an axis and span on it

Why we should unban you: I apologise for spinning on my chair. Looking back, I can see the error of my ways. Chairs are not meant to be placed here, as we can see in the main rules section. Don't build in public places.
Needless to say, I know I have done wrong. I have hurt people; I've lost friends and made enemies.
I hope I can be forgiven.
