Wow, i never even knew about these rooms, ive played on v2p, v33x aswell as v2d on single-player quite alot, and im suprised that i have never found this. You an amazing searcher!

These rooms are easily (teleport) accessible in most Perp Servers
Its just now that they are quite forgotten by us, mortal users

I've found the admin before as well.
The Labs are used by admins in certain RP events such as VaultRP. They don't really have a CityRP feel to be always used. |
