Ok I've seen this happen so many times and it gets so annoying,

*Unemployed enters the building*
Me:Hello and Welcome to The High Rise will you be dining with us tonight?
*Unemployed drops $1250 on the counter*
Unemployed:5 Chinese Food

What are you suppose to do there!?! You try reasoning with him in IC and OOC and just ignores you.

Just say "Ordering takeaway I see. Excellent choice sir, it'll be ready in a few moments", then go and "cook" it for 2 or so minutes.
1: You still get to RP
2: He has to wait, that's his punishment for not RPing in your RP resteraunt.

Or do what I do:
Open up a fancy restaurant
Make people be seated before serving them
Get Kalastaja as a security guard to throw the minges out Note: Not avalible any more
Enforce the "You wait = you eat" policy by your waiters
Lose a lot of money because you forget to charge and people eat for free

No, seriously, I lost approximately 180k total on food...

I charge when I give them the food if there are no security guards. Not exactly the best way to do it, but it works out for both parties.
