Latest update broke Gmod again, but here is a quick fix:
Start Gmod and wait for the error to occur.
Don't close the error but start another Gmod session.
Should work, for me it did.

I heard the servers crashed often though, is that true?

Yes they crash very often, probably because this failing GMod update.

It seems the servers are crashing very frequently. There is nothing we can do until Garry's Mod updates itself again and things improve.

This says garry..
"A lot of people on Windows are crashing after last night’s update. Like, almost everyone.
I did test the update on osx, linux and windows - but the error didn’t show up on my local PCs when running a local content server. Which is odd - because looking at the error - it should have.
So, sorry guys. I believe I’ve found the cause of the problem and will strive to get a fix out later today."
Hope he will fix this this evening, or else i die of boringness .
