Radio in cars?

Title of Suggestion: Radio in cars!

Description:I mentioned something about playing music in a car and my friend suggested to me that I did a suggestion on getting a radio in a car? that makes you be able to play either your downloaded music on your hardrive or some already made tunes.. I don't know if this is possible/easy to do but we thought this was a worth while idea to suggest to you guys.
Why?: Because I think this will be a nice little addon

I believe something like this has been suggested before, even to use a Fearless run radio but if I'm correct in saying this suggestion would allow music from your computer?

Anyhow, I think it could be a nice addition but would cause a lot of annoyance if other people could hear it.

Well I think everyone should hear it at a certain distance and it can be THAT loud but loud enough for yourself to listen? Like real life you can hear it for a split second if the driver is driving.
