Build server hydraulic

Why cant we use hydraulics in build server? I am making an elevator but, it wont really work if i dont have hydraulics
Btw the server is down right now

Hydraulics have been taken away from the server after some people used it to goof around with it such as putting it on cars. This made the car unable to move. Truthfully hydraulics should be allowed on the build server. This makes it known that people are using it strictly for building.

The suggestion to allow them was denied with this reasoning:
"No, they will remain blacklisted on the build server, since the build server's point is to construct dupes which will later be used in V2D RP."

Why cant they just blacklist rightclicking with hydraulic? then noone can fuck up cars with it
