Anyways my best advise would be to generally just ask people if they wan't to Passive RP with you.
1. It's more fun with other people.
2. It's a good way to learn.

You don't judge someone on their past, or what they have done.
You judge them on the present, and who they are.
That being said, as long as you are a good person right now, which appears to be the case, you have no right to be judged otherwise.
Everyone has a different definition of a minge, and you are what you make of yourself.

I do not know you, but I can see already you are not a minge, as you do care about following the rules and fixing your ways, where as a true minge wouldn't even reconsider.
