You can use almost all programs with painting in it.
After you have done your signature you want to go to
Uploadffs.nl OR Tinypic.com Upload the image and you will get a
3 different codes. You want too take the BB code and paste it in
the change signature place.

The BB code will have [IMG] infront and back of the code.
