Green Zone is a very good movie that deals with that. The only problem is I think that might be based in Iraq.

Armadillo, The Hurt locker, In the Valley of Elah, Lions for Lambs, Black Hawk Down and Restrepo.
 I don't really know if all of them are about Afghanistan, but they are all about the wars down there.

Armadillo is the best movie i've ever seen. Besides that, its danish!

Black Hawk Down is the greatest film I've ever watched but isn't placed in Afghanistan. It's Somalia! ;P
