It already is regulated. An admin can set a max prop limit of 100.
I don't so much think there should be less given, but how/why they give it should be managed better. If you're one of the people that claim you need a prop limit, no the fuck you don't.

I think it's just better to leave it to the judgement of the admin in question. If it's too much they will probably say no.

-Support. The system is fine how it is. The admins are trusted enough to make the decision as to whether its needed or not. I don't see the need to restrict that any further. As already stated as well find a better way to decide what/who deserves a prop limit raise. IE. A event or something like that.

I think all players should get the same prop limit regardless of if they're contrib dev or admin or mod or a flying turtle.
