Let's just all test it out and see if it indeed works or if it doesn't work as expected.

In my opinion Discord isn't the right voice comms to use for a big community just because it has a shit channel system and text channel system. Teamspeak is way better in both aspects, but hey why not give it a shot I guess...

Discord is great. You're just going to have to get regulations and rules, with bots supporting and enforcing them.
