Lying in the courthouse is a serious offense Xtremefighter. This ramming happened several minutes before the incident caught in the video.

Keep in mind that even though you said it, we may have not caught it on our end due to the distance between us. From our POV, you did not type it.

Before continuing the investigation of this case, I'd like Xtreme & Co to tell me why they rammed and spat on the SRU in the first place?
Was there any RP reason and background behind it all?

Like i said i lagged out when i was driving outside the city tunnel. We also just spat on the ground not on them because i am the driver and i cant spit on them.
I also want to add rule 4.1: Do not kill people randomly (RDM); only kill with a valid roleplay reason, for example protecting your property during a raid, killing when your demands are not honoured as Corleone, etc. Violence should always be the last option. They had none of these reasons to kill us.

Like Hitman said: 0:27 in the video, you break FearRP. You are refusing to follow orders while under Gunpoint. We had every reason to shoot you and your accomplices because you ALL broke FearRP except for the one that surrendered. We gave you order after order and you disregarded them. Your video clearly shows FearRP violations and you're still confused as to why you were killed. 

Do not lie and say that you did not see it. It's quite obvious that you did. Keep in mind that lying in the courthouse is against the rules and will lead to a lengthy Forum Ban. 

Furthermore, you spat at us, as you were looking directly at us when you spat into your microphone. So your statement was a blatant lie. There is no way possible that you were the driver because you flew out of the passenger seat from what I can see in your video.
