I think it may have something to do with the ip, which is being hosted locally. Also, I'm hosting (or rather, attempting to host) a Team Fortress 2 server, not a Garry's Mod server. The majority of the commands listed there will simply produce errors, not to mention the fact I have already made a server.cfg file.

As I said, I would forward ports if I knew which ones I need to open.

I think this can help:

TCP -- 27020-27020

UDP -- 27015-27015

TF 2 server port: 27011

Yep, if your router doesn't support the TCP/UDP function, I think. :p If it does, you can either use 27011 as TCP/UDP or seperate them. I can't manage to port forward my own router (the modem is way too old >.<), but I know how simple it is if you've got all the basic information.

I remember my router supporting the option to pick either TCP, UDP or a combination of both. So essentially, I could simply pick a combinational range of 27015-27020.

Uh, I think you just can pick 27011 in a TCP/UDP configuration then. (I don't even know what advantage a combinational range can have.) I'm trying to help you out, but my real experience (except some tries wich didn't work because my old modem) isn't that big.

I'm not sure, that's why I tried to avoid your question, but I think it won't.
