Hello Joshuaking,
According to Rule 4. Do not write an unban request if you know you've broken the rules.
However, I would like to explain why I ban you.
1. I saw you were standing at Pearl Plaza as Vice President and give an order to Officer to kill another officer for fun.
2. When I grab you and asked you why did you give such an order, and you start to lie by saying you didn't give the order to kill the officer. Still, I give you chance to speak the truth but you decide to keep lie to me.
That's the reason I Ban You. I would like to suggest you read the rules before you join the server after your ban.
I will DENY this unban request as you broke rule 4 and a warning will be given.
