Greetings, Deer - Once again apologies for the wait.
After reviewing the video it was clear that Pollux was respecting the hostage situation for quite some time before the shooting took place, having his gun at the ready and not causing that much of a fuss at the top floor. Once you went down the elevator shaft there were a group of people shooting at you, which of course was against the rules - However Pollux was not the first to shoot and of course he is equally as guilty as the rest of them I don't believe it fair to solely blame Pollux was this circumstance. He has recently received a two day ban for a similar player report on him which you posted and it was clear that he was wrong in this situation. However, in this circumstance I believe a warning will suffice and considering his other punishment no further action will be necessary.
