Well to me your build looks amazing, and it will be able to run majority of games at 4K 60fps.
When building, I would make sure you have an anti static rust strap on to ground yourself as this reduces the chances of damaging any of your components. Also do a test run on your PC before you put it in your case, that's means assembling the PC outside the case first, and then booting it to make sure it posts, as finding a problem with your PC when it's already in the case can be really annoying.
When it's all working, dissemble t, and assemble the PC again in the case
