Thread Title: Report: Moxxa and John From Immigration

Server: (On which of our servers did it happen? v2d/v33x/build?) V2D
Summary: They random raided my base with no reason, by buying the door that allows them no access to the building and using it as a reason to raid.
They mugged me after raiding me as soon as inside, by demanding $500, and leaving, but they then asked me to remove my props, which is not within the allowed demands of a mug, nor should it be handled in this way.
Moxxa had also raided as CITIZEN, mugging as citizen and guns as citizen.
