Summary: They random raided my base with no reason, by buying the door that allows them no access to the building and using it as a reason to raid.
They mugged me after raiding me as soon as inside, by demanding $500, and leaving, but they then asked me to remove my props, which is not within the allowed demands of a mug, nor should it be handled in this way.
Moxxa had also raided as CITIZEN, mugging as citizen and guns as citizen.

The way I see it. The only person who broke a rule was moxxa (Raiding as a citizen).
As the server rules state:

As the video provided shows, they went in quietly, lockpicking the door. (though they were spotted by your cameras)
So in my personal opinion, only moxxa will be punished for rule 14.1

Shit, I didn't know that you needed the name changed.
Although, I believe a blacklist from weapons, or lockpicks or whatever would of been more fitting.

John from Immigration: Denied. The player could have role played the situation better however as said by Random, they didn't actually raid, they went in quietly.
Moxxa: Approved. This player will be punished for mugging and robbing as a citizen which is FailRP.
