i7 isn't needed for a gaming PC. The i5 will do everything required.
It's a decent list you've got there, the only alterations I'd make is to include a 120gb or 256gb SSD and lower your PSU to a 650w or 700w as 850w is overkill and you're basically wasting money.
If you can save more, a 1070 would also be something to aim for.
