Summary: Mafian propblocked his base by not adding a keypad anywhere, he spawned his Tides Truck on me and almost killed me purposely, and finally he used hate speech against another member of the community.

EDIT: In reply to you saying you were supposedly building, look no further than my screenshots. In the screenshots it shows in the time played bar that I took them over the course of about 5 minutes, notice how during that time Mafian is nowhere to be seen, and no progress on adding a keypad has been done.
