EDIT: In reply to you saying you were supposedly building, look no further than my screenshots. In the screenshots it shows in the time played bar that I took them over the course of about 5 minutes, notice how during that time Mafian is nowhere to be seen, and no progress on adding a keypad has been done.

I confirm the propblock I was there and it wasn't under construction you just drove away and I heard contra behind that propblock soo.
