Summary: (What happened?) I was arresting Lonewolf Sasamu for owning contra in his room at the tides hotel, but he kept breaking fearRP/was failrping. While we were trying to contact the president for an arrest warrant, I had to taze lonewolf because he kept running away while handcuffed. (With guns pointed at him) While he was tazed ^6Eagle [BE] came running up and intentionally stood on top of lonewolf just to kill him because he knew that lonewolf was going to get arrested.
