People celebrated when Bin Laden was killed but as the rules clearly state

18. No extremist names such as: "Adolf Hitler, Osama Bin Laden, Joseph Stalin" or names similar to them (e.g: Adolf Bitler)

I believe that taking the name of a known terrorist breaks this rule.
