Oh its a common error, thats Gmod's fault as it happened to me and other people to fix it you need to go into launcher options and add something like this -myinfo_bytes 4096 or try typing in the console cl_updaterate 30 if it doesn't work then 20 and cl_cmdrate to 30. Hope i helped
