Ok.
1.) The car was not modified. It was a prop. found in the prop section.
2.) I used this because the hummer was killing people that walked into it. I tried to use the cars to push the hummer. Yes, the prop went out of control because the car was glitched. bad. I deleted it soon after. I was not running around tossing cars at people.
Yes, the prop bounced out of control. It was not deliberate prop kill.
