About your character: Dropped out of school to become a ''tiktok influencer'' but after 3 years of trying, his account only reached 400 followers so to get some publicity he put tear gas in a nursing homes ventilation system and smoke bombed a nursery. He uploaded this video online, declaring them as PRANKS GONE WRONG IN THE HOOD, and he was later seized by Algerian Police. A few psychiatric evaluations later and Mr Morello was declared criminally insane and sent to the EvoCity Correctional Facility.
