Why?: This car is truly unique and quite fun. Imagine this car to be used in Events like Bumpercars or just as a cheap solution to buy off of the market for new people with a very short money budget. Or maybe the opposite?
 If this is added is HAS to be something only admins spawn in for events. Having people drive around in this on the streets will be nothing but a fuck fest xD
