I had Covid before it sucks for real, So if it doesn't go to dangerous levels you will be okay, Drink/Eat Vitamin C alot, or squeeze a limon and some ginger with it, it helped me quite alot when i had covid before its a hot drink, and try to drink it hot if you want to.
