After some soul-searching, I have come to the conclusion that this was an intentional CDMing, as I find it difficult to believe that you could steer your vehicle smoothly and not see an oncoming person. While a sanction shall not be issued out for this, I would suggest that you be more careful when driving in future; even when off-road.
As far king killer knuller, who decided to engage in a random deathmatch, a 2 hour weapons blacklist shall be applied to his account.
