Summary of the incident
The guy kept killing people as an unemployed, then continued doing that as a cop. He killed me when I was trying to park my vehicle and then warranted me for 'illegal parking'. I tried warning him and telling it was against the rules, but he paid no attention to it.
UPD: Killed me once again while I was making the report
