Summary of the incident
I had heard complaints about prop pushing in OOC, so I went to the city to see what was going on, and immediately got my vehicle prop pushed. He then proceeded to attempt to prop surf, but failed when a LEO showed up and attempted to arrest him as he was causing imminent danger to the public, leading to him being shot and killed. Sadly, I hit my save button before I could get him fully attempting his prop surfing, and decided to just leave.
