Summary of the incident
So, After i've Decided to Wheelclamp a Car. i've seen 3 Men standing on my Spike strip which i placed Earlier n to get a Wrecklessly Driving Vehicle to stop. As seen in the Video you can hear one of them Say : Please don't remove it we wanna commit Suicide. Yes i didn't take it straight away since these people were Kinda mingy That day & i've tried to gain Evidence of them, Tho shortly after one of them died & i realised they'd actually do it i removed it (shortly after video ends).
