In my eyes there's one statement that pretty much sums up the majority of the rules list:

"You must have a reason."

You must have a reason to kill someone (no RDM), knock them out (no RKO) or arrest them.
You must have a reason to steal a car or rob a shop.
You must have a reason for acting like a dick (in-character at least; avoid being a dick altogether over OOC)
You must have a reason to spawn props.
You must have a reason to... you get the idea.

Everything else is just common sense.

Yerh this is kinda the source to not breaking rules, have always been thinking like this since my last ban
