Business as Usual

 

As promised, as of today we are resuming normal activity levels.

This action comes with further announcements:

[spoiler=Greater Presence and 'Public Opening Hours']
We plan to have a city presence one to two times a week.

Our 'public opening hours' for the week will be posted in the 'public opening hours' section of our organisation page.

This initiative ties into the next announcement.

[spoiler=A Change in the Application Procedure]
As a result of announcing our presence on the server, we will be trialling a new way of interviewing applicants.

To apply to the organisation, you must make your way to our physical presence on the server during our public opening hours, and ask for an interview.

If there is someone available, you will be interviewed there and then.

We can usually be found in our offices, or recruitment centre.

On top of this, this time round, we will be looking at a different criteria when deciding whether to hire you.

[spoiler=Removal of the TFO Rank]
We are removing 'trial field operative'. If you are part of the organisation, you are one of us - there is no question.

[spoiler=Recruitment to Allow a Variety of Positions]
We no longer just interview for the position of FO (a standard new recruit).

Although FO applicants will be most common, senior positions could also potentially be up for grabs.

So, in summary, we are allowing players, both inside and outside the organisation, to apply for higher positions, such as the 'chief field operative', or 'director of development'.

When available, these senior positions will be advertised on our organisation page and through other appropriate channels, and will feature specific information about the position, and how to apply.
