Summary of the incident
STEAM_0:1:125444447 was breaking NLR as he just got shot buy the guy in the red jacket. Then he came back and randomly shot at me for now reason and asked me: "Was it you" --> Breaking NLR here (sorry that I didn't record my game sound). Right when I joined the server he was threatening me with a gun an asking if I was gay. A bit later he drove on my car (as a police officer).
