You wouldn't call it a brain dead approach if you knew how many players stopped playing because of bad experiences with some of the staff members and how everything is dealt with.

I doubt it. If you think this staff team is even close to the most unfair you are insane. I would guess 15 people in the past 2 years have quit fearless mainly do to the fact the admins are not good, but the people who do are obviously beyond stupid. Catering to the 1% of absolute idiots isn't the smartest approach here.
