User had built during a raid and based in his own doomfort. A pte blacklist will be given for his actions.
1. "You cannot build complex mazes" - Doomforting explanation.
2. "5.8 Do not build more than 2 lockable custom doors leading to a single location. Your friends' doors are also counted"
With regards to the rebel and don alliance no further action will be taken due to insufficient evidence, and with regards to the attempted CDM, I will be keeping a closer eye on this player to watch for this again in future.
