Intelligence is a very valuable thing, but usually it comes far too late.

There has been a group whom calls themselves for 'The Blackend Mafia' in the city - attacking my men, and our belongings, without knowing that they are playing with fire.

I do not need to send out threats, but if you're soft on rebellion, it will grow.

I've sent them several letters, explaining that this is not good for them, nor good for us. But it has reached a state now where I will take actions, and stand for these actions.

You won't be walking safe anymore 'The Blackend Mafia', I can charm everything that comes across, and those I cannot charm, I kill with my own hands.
