I was standing on the nexus stairs when i saw you recklessly driving / speeding, then went and apprached your car, You almost ran me over, then started to drift on pourpose.
Later when you got out of the car i saw your job as stunt racer. So i asumed it was intentional. Regardless, i was going to arrest you anywas.
You where wreckless drivng, and i had every right to arrest you. I didnt patrol, nor was i doing regular police duties. You where breaking a law infront of me and so i took action.
