The self titled E.R.A.D. Union has been around for generations.
Background
E.R.A.D. was created by two brothers. The Zurchi brothers. The two brothers names were Seth Zurchi and Ryan Zurchi. They grew up in a poor family and their father(Graham Zurchi) treated them well and tried to raise them as best they could, to be hard works and persevere to their goal. Graham was a local coal miner, and taught his sons the same.
Eventually the father died, and the sons never got into a hard, low paying job like the coal industry. Instead, formed a new business. The business was extremely successful. The business is the E.R.A.D. union.
The business was based around offering fair opportunity for anyone who was in need of job, and need no skill at all. E.R.A.D. is a "blue collar" sort of work, and will carry out any labor task needed by the customer. They charge by the hour and will do anything requested, provided there is enough man power to do so.
There is another side to E.R.A.D. too. Along with the brothers starting a business, they were involved in crime. They also offer their dirty "services" to anyone who can dish out the price. This sector of E.R.A.D. is separate from the initial section. The people in this "Merc" sector keeps the rest in line, and offers protection from conventional ways of taking over small business, as not to be pushed around.
E.R.A.D. tries to make friends with everyone who is fair and just, and every worker will drop everything to defend these rights.
