The writing has become a diabolical mess, so much for 7 seasons of anticipation and "winter is coming". So underwhelming and disappointing.

I guess the Army of the Dead were a petty stepping stone to the real threat down south, a pirate boy and a drunk queen.

Sorry I love game of thrones with all my heart I just hate how the writing has gone so down hill since season 6.
