Casinos are a morality issue, not a legal issue. You are not gambling real currency directly. The sole purpose of money-packs is not to buy credits or currency for gambling and neither is it encouraged. Winnings made in game cannot be "cashed-out" for real funds.

Morality, not legality.

If a user purchased money packs from Fearless which is operating as a charity with the intent to use the money packs (credit for casinos) to gamble and they aren’t over 18 then it is evidently illegal and on top of that immoral.

You have no idea what you are talking about. As Awestruck stated there is no way of "cashing-out" the ingame currency for real funds. Money packs are there as a way to support the community and that's it.

yes there is a way, you give someone your credits (in the form of in game money) and they pay you via paypal it does not matter if it is against TOS it can still and probably does happen as Fearless is not a licensed gambling house and has no control over it.

Let's think about it like that.

Stuff that probably happens that is actually currently against the Terms of Service AGAINST stuff that doesn't actually happen
