I'm not entirely convinced that this was even him and to be honest with you, even if it was, no action will be taken. This happened 6 years ago. If you think I'm going to punish anybody for something they did 6 years ago, especially when that person has since proved continuously that they can not only follow the rules, but enforce them as an administrator on this server, think again.
