Another collection. I know, most of those are pretty shit, but there are some that are good looking and would fit in.
Though speaking of GTA Online models, the game itself has a character creation system and a ton of clothes. I haven't tried it out, but you can rip models from GTA online with OpenIV and port them to Source. Though you need to apply rigs and export the models to source, but it could be a possibility, if there aren't enough of pre-existing models.
