The perma law 9 says 'The open carrying or public display of weapons is illegal unless prior authorisation has been granted by the President. Examples: Private Security Services, Shooting Ranges, etc.' So you had a weapon on your back and we were alone in a house so you were clearly a threat to me. To save my life, I got my tazer out and instantly tazed you then handcuffed and arrested you because of perma law 9. I don't have to state my reason when I am arresting you and there wasn't a President so I warranted you on my own.
