Yes, Sometimes we have the newest third-person while driving. It's the one that you see much more with, but after a little while of driving, it buggs and the view is suddenly underneath the car 
I too got problems with this, and i need it fixed too. But sometimes i get the oldest third-person view which is actually worse because you can't see much, but at least it doesnt bug :/
