Whitenoize is banned for 1 week for CDM, you're clearly driving right onto the footpath instead of on the street.
Also you can't drive somebody down because he is on the street, you should still stop. In real life you're not like: "Oh my god, he's not using walking on the white crosswalk, let's drive that motherf***** down!"
